Products can be purchased on the website of Keta Gioielli (
www.ketagioielli.com) exclusively by clients who reside in Italy, or one of the EU countries
listed below*, and who are over 18 years of age.
* AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, BULGARIA, CROATIA, DENMARK, FINLAND, FRANCE, GERMANY, GREECE, IRELAND, LUXEMBURG, THE NETHERLANDS, POLAND, PORTUGAL, UNITED KINDGOM, CZECH REPUBLIC, ROMANIA, SLOVAKIA, SLOVENIA, SPAIN, SWEDEN AND HUNGARY.
Delivery terms and conditions
Products that are purchased by
2.00 p.m. on weekdays and that are in stock shall be delivered within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from receipt of payment.
Please note that deliveries to Calabria, Basilicata, Sicily, Sardinia, the Aegean islands and rural areas may take up to 48/72 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
The actual delivery date may vary depending on the location. Please note that we cannot deliver our Products to the Tremiti islands or other very remote areas.
Should the payment be made by bank transfer, the estimated delivery times herein shall be calculated from the day the payment is credited to our account.
There may be slight delays to the processing of purchase orders during the Christmas holidays (between 15th December and 8th January), as well as in the second and third weeks of August. Any expected delay will be clearly notified on our home page and directly to the client before the purchase order is placed on our website.
Contract formation
All purchase orders must be placed as described herein:
1. Find the Product that you wish to buy and click on ‘Add to basket’.
2. Go to ‘Basket’ and click on ‘Continue’.
3. Insert your personal details and billing address. Please provide the email address you wish us to use to send you all the relevant notifications in relation to your order. The order confirmation and all other relevant documentation in relation to your order shall be sent to your billing address.
4. Confirm which address you wish us to deliver the Product to – this could be either your billing address or a different address. Should the delivery address differ from the billing address, for example the purchased Product is a present and you wish us to deliver it directly to the recipient, you will be given the option of not having the bill/receipt (invoice) shipped together with the Product. Should you choose to receive your invoice by email, this will be sent to the email address registered with your personal details.
5. At this point the purchase order is shown, providing a detailed breakdown of the cost that will be charged, including the price of the Product, the price of any additional accessories, any delivery cost as well as any applicable tax or duty. Check the purchase order and make sure that all the details are correct.
6. Next, accept our Terms and Conditions of Sale to proceed with your purchase order.
7. Confirm both your billing address and the delivery address, and insert the payment details.
8. Check all the details you have provided to make sure there are no errors and then place your order.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide Keta Gioielli, so please check all the data carefully before placing your purchase order. Should you wish to change any details, please return to the relevant section or sections and amend as necessary before the order is placed. Should you experience any problem while proceeding with your purchase order on our website, please contact us by using the contact details provided herein.
Authorisation to proceed with the payment will be obtained from your bank before the purchase order is placed. Should payment authorisation fail, you will not be able to place your purchase order.
After the purchase order has been placed, Keta Gioielli will send you an order confirmation by email to the email address you provided us with. Our order confirmation will summarise the main characteristics of the Product you have purchased, including the price, any applicable tax or duty, and the payment method you selected. The Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as the Terms and Conditions of Order Cancellation referred to in our order confirmation shall be deemed to be the terms and conditions detailed herein, and which will have been expressly accepted by you before placing the purchase order.
Keta Gioielli will send you a second email when the purchased Product has been packed and is ready to be collected by the courier. We will also attach our bill to this email and send you all the necessary information to track the delivery (i.e. the delivery tracking number).
Should we be unable to accept your purchase order for any reason (e.g. the price stated on our website is incorrect; the price indicated on the purchase order is incorrect; the Product is out of stock; etc.), we will contact you within
7 working days from the date the purchase order is received to let you know, and we will refund any sum of money you may have already paid.
